Order Shipping

1. For orders over 50 euros, shipping is free by courier if payment is made via bank deposit or credit card and the parcel weighs up to 3 kg. If you choose cash on delivery, only the cash-on-delivery fee of 2.50 euros is charged. For orders over 80 euros, shipping is free regardless of parcel weight and payment method.
2. Courier delivery takes 1–3 working days to the customer’s location (one day within the city, two days within mainland Greece, and three days for island regions and hard-to-reach areas). The fixed cost is 4.00 € for Thessaloniki and 6.00 € for the rest of Greece for parcels up to 3 kg. For Cyprus, Albania, Bulgaria, and Germany, courier charges are 20.91 € for parcels up to 2 kg.
3. Orders may also be collected from our store at Monastiriou 51, Thessaloniki.
4. Shipping by a transport company, usually recommended for large or heavy products, is free for orders over 50 euros.

Returns

The quality of our store’s products is guaranteed. However, we will replace your product(s) or refund part or all of your order in any of the following cases:

1. One or more of the products you received visually differ from the photos in our online store.
2. One or more products showed a defect upon first use or were delivered in poor condition by the carrier.

Product returns must be made within 14 days from the purchase date, with the return shipping cost paid by you (except in cases of defective products).
